2023 draft classes for CHL leagues may be shallow unless you choose to select 'add extra junior players' but this will water down the 2023 NHL Entry Draft class. This issue has been identified and will be patched in the game when the next release is ready. There is a known bug with the QMJHL draft where picks are randomly skipped. This will also help AI GMs get out/around some really bad cap conditions that it's not capable of handling (Minnesota/Vegas) This will help maintain AI team health long term so they don't continue to sign/buyout players and rack up penalties. Due to an AI bug I've decided to remove buyout cap hit penalties from the NHL.
